QUESTIONS.

Do I drive?

No. A professional driver drives and you ride. Our company holds a passenger transport licence, which is what lets us run this on public roads in Japan. And since you aren't driving, you get to look out of the window.

Do you pick us up at our hotel?

Yes. We pick you up at your hotel in central Tokyo (Tokyo's 23 wards) and drop you back there, and both are included in the price. Staying outside the 23 wards, for example in Kanagawa, Chiba or Saitama? Ask us before you book: there may be an extra charge, and some trips may not be possible.

How good is the driver's English?

Our drivers speak everyday conversational English, so feel free to chat and ask questions along the way.

What if it rains?

Rain alone does not always cancel a booking. We decide whether to operate based on the weather and road conditions on the day.

Can we choose where we go?

Yes. Our recommended route is what we suggest if you have no preference. Tell us the places you want and your driver plans the night around them, within the hours you book.

When do I pay?

When you book online, the check screen shows your full total before you pay in Japanese yen on Stripe. We do not add consumption tax separately to the displayed price. Your booking is confirmed when payment is complete. If you contact us with a separate request, we email you the details and a payment link after we agree on them; sending a request alone does not charge you.

What if I need to cancel or change the date or time?

Cancellation and date or time changes depend on when you contact us and whether your booking has already been changed. Please read our Terms and Conditions for the applicable refunds and fees, then reply to our email to request a cancellation or change.

Any rules once we're in the car?

The basics: seatbelts on, and please follow your driver's safety instructions. No smoking inside the car (vapes and heated tobacco included) — these R34s are kept spotless for every guest. A drink or two before the ride is fine, but we can't take anyone dangerously intoxicated. Treat the car well and the night's all yours.
