Welcome to Tokyo JDM Drive. We provide private hire transportation services within Tokyo based on advance reservations.
Please review the following terms before making a booking.
1. Booking
Reservations must be completed through our official website or authorized booking partners. All services are provided as pre-booked private hire transportation and are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date.
2. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal and Stripe. Payments made via PayPal or Stripe are processed immediately. Prices are listed on each individual experience page in USD and Japanese Yen (JPY) unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made up to the day before your scheduled experience are free of charge. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In cases of extreme weather or natural disasters making it impossible to operate, a full refund will be issued.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
If we determine that weather conditions may impact safety or the quality of your experience, we'll offer a reschedule or a full refund, as long as the cancellation is confirmed 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Refunds will not be provided for weather changes within 24 hours unless we are unable to operate.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the driver during transportation. Tokyo JDM Drive shall not be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. All services are provided as private hire transportation under a transportation contract.
6. Media & Photography
We may take photos or videos during your experience for promotional use including social media, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing before your transportation begins.
7. Uncontrollable Events
We do our best to curate every experience, but some elements may be beyond our control such as traffic and vehicle turnout at Daikoku PA. By booking an experience, you agree not to hold us responsible for unforeseen circumstances and acknowledge that reviews based on these uncontrollable factors may not reflect the full quality of our service.
8. Transportation Disclaimer
Tokyo JDM Drive provides pre-booked private hire transportation services only.
We do not provide guided tours, travel packages, or sightseeing agency services.
All transportation is performed in accordance with Japanese transportation regulations.
9. Use of Website
You agree to use the Tokyo JDM Drive website only for lawful purposes. All content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
10. Pricing Structure
All services are provided as private hire transportation based on approved fare structures.
Total pricing may vary depending on operational conditions such as time of day, traffic demand, vehicle allocation, and service support requirements.
Optional guest support services may be added upon request. These services are separate from transportation fare and are not mandatory.
11.Hire Contract
Transportation services are provided on a time-based private hire contract.
Destinations and routes are determined based on passenger requests within operational safety and legal limits.
Stops at public facilities or parking areas cannot be guaranteed.
12.Uncontrollable Conditions
Traffic restrictions, police activity, parking availability, or facility closures may affect route planning.
Specific locations such as Daikoku PA cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
