Welcome to Tokyo JDM Drive. We're honored to guide you through Tokyo's most iconic destinations in the R34 Skyline. Before booking your experience, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Reservations
To secure your reservation, you must complete the booking process through our official website or an authorized partner. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date.
2. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal and Stripe. Payments made via PayPal or Stripe are processed immediately. Prices are listed on each individual experience page in USD and Japanese Yen (JPY) unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made up to the day before your scheduled experience are free of charge. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In cases of extreme weather or natural disasters making it impossible to operate, a full refund will be issued.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
If we determine that weather conditions may impact safety or the quality of your experience, we'll offer a reschedule or a full refund, as long as the cancellation is confirmed 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Refunds will not be provided for weather changes within 24 hours unless we are unable to operate.
5. Participation & Liability
By booking an experience, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with riding in high-performance vehicles and participating in sightseeing activities. You agree that Tokyo JDM Drive, its team, drivers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage during your experience. You certify that all guests are in suitable health to participate and are responsible for their own belongings.
6. Media & Photography
We may take photos or videos during your experience for promotional use including social media, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing before your experience begins.
7. Uncontrollable Events
We do our best to curate every experience, but some elements may be beyond our control such as traffic and vehicle turnout at Daikoku PA. By booking an experience, you agree not to hold us responsible for unforeseen circumstances and acknowledge that reviews based on these uncontrollable factors may not reflect the full quality of our service.
8. Transportation Disclaimer
Tokyo JDM Drive is not a taxi service or vehicle rental company. We provide guided sightseeing experiences in accordance with Japanese law and the regulations of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.
9. Use of Website
You agree to use the Tokyo JDM Drive website only for lawful purposes. All content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
